SimpleClip is sold through Apple's App Store. Like most App Store apps, it is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. That agreement is the one that applies. This page explains, in plain words, how it fits SimpleClip and how SimpleClip Pro works.

The License

Apple's standard agreement sets out how you may use SimpleClip: on Apple devices you own or control, as the App Store's terms allow. If anything on this page differs from Apple's agreement, Apple's agreement applies.

SimpleClip Pro

SimpleClip is free to download. SimpleClip Pro adds every Pro tool and is bought inside the app with your Apple account. The App Store shows the price in your currency before you buy.

  • Monthly and Yearly are subscriptions. They renew automatically until you cancel, and the next period is charged within 24 hours before the current one ends.
  • The free week. Yearly starts with 7 days free for new subscribers. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the free week ends, the yearly price is charged.
  • Cancel anytime in your iPhone's Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then SimpleClip. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Lifetime is a single payment that includes every Pro tool, now and later.
  • Family Sharing. Pro can be shared with your family through Apple's Family Sharing.

  • New iPhone? Tap Restore Purchases on the Pro page in SimpleClip to bring Pro back.

Your Videos

Your videos stay yours. SimpleClip edits them on your iPhone and never uploads them. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what the app does and doesn't collect.
